We are looking for a new hot sales manager for our Norders Creative gang ๐Ÿ”ฅ


Norders is a new entrepreneurial marketing agency that provides small growth companies and startups with an agile and a surprisingly nice partner for full-stack sales and marketing growth ๐Ÿš€


Our services include building up value proposition, branding, websites, e-commerce, online courses, SEO, SEM, some management, some advertising, video production, photography and whatever the brand might need on its growth journey ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ’ป


Our goal is to help every individual and organization reach the full potential of themselves and their community through systematic sales and marketing. The first step to this is that each Norder member reaches his or her own full potential โšก

What job?

The main and first job is to connect with Estonian companies and tell them how Norders' services could help them grow.


This is basically done by email, phone, LinkedIn, and attending events.


Together with our sales team, we help leaders, founders, marketers, and growth-minded people understand the potential of modern digital sales and marketing and how to make it all efficient, systematic, and data-driven - without paying too much.


Our intent is to help you develop into an established marketing professional with strong expertise in helping brands of all sizes and types develop into market leaders with minimal resources.

You are supported by a passionate sales team and a team of creative and knowledgeable marketers.


You will be our first wave in Estonia, where we see that we have great potential to develop and grow together with local brands. In the future, however, it is important that Norders supports you in achieving your biggest dreams even if they are more international in nature.

What do you need to know?

Previous experience in marketing is not necessary but a certain advantage in the job. In this job, however, the days will often be hectic and you will be in a crossfire between customer rejections, demands, and managing the creatives. So a good attitude is required. Creativity in terms of prospecting and business metrics understanding is also definitely needed.

However, the willingness to prospect, the courage to pick up the phone, the passion for networking, and the desire to help are needed - they are your main weapons and a sure combination for success with Norders.

How is the work done?

The work is done on a commission basis with invoicing. For the first three months, we offer a โ‚ฌ 1k base commission, as we know it may take a while to start a good engine.


You can do just as much or as little work as you want, with the result speaking for themselves - above all, from your own goals.


You get digital tools and systems from us, but work would start with your own phone and laptop.

You can work remotely as much as you need, but we'd like to get you a coworking space to meet new clients, network and of course work with other Norders members every time we come to town (and eventually when your local team develops).
