Norders vision is to build the leading New Nordic creative community bridging and learning from the existing North Stars elevating the rising ones. In our community we offer inspiring events, provide networking opportunities and collaborate with other organizations. On top of our community activities, we share content, knowledge and raise discussion about New Nordic best practices. The growing Norders community has already more than 500 community members and is facilitating activities for thousands of individuals, organizations and customers on a yearly basis. Do you want to play a vital role in connecting the Nordics both locally and globally? Are you excited about strategic communications, value based partnerships and coordinating operations? We have an exciting new role open in our growing team building the biggest New Nordic grassroots community.
We are looking for a team member who has expertise and enthusiasm towards communities, business development and also has a big role in developing the Norders community brand and the possibilities around it. You’ll be working both on an operational and strategic level coordinating all communications and network operations. You’ll get a chance to work with interesting projects and organizations with a small, motivated team that thrive to build a North Stars with the best Nordic practices.
Coordinate and supervise the Norders Community operations and activities
Coordinate and develop relationships and content collaboration with network member organizations
Lead the overall development of the community, its content and activities
Develop and implement communication strategy and marketing plans for different events and projects
Coordinate and respond to inquiries and proposals from different channels
You’re an entrepreneurial person who believes in love, equality and making the world a better place through bringing together changemakers who can collectively fight the big fights.
Highly developed social skills along with proactivity and ability to self-organize your work effectively
You might have experience in sales and marketing, or then not. You might have built websites or taken photographs, or then not.
The most important thing is that you share our values and vision.
Norders is a new Nordic creative community, academy and agency to empower sustainable growth and positive impact by leveraging Nordic core strengths and values.
Norders was founded in 2021 after a group of four Finnish marketing and business development entrepreneurs joined forces to globally bring together changemakers who believe in Nordic values and building sustainable growth and positive impact with them.
At the core of the Norders way of doing is an equal value-based culture that combines elements of larger than life BHAG setting and the modern gig economy.
