Lehtimäki Tilausajot offers high-quality and versatile charter transport services throughout Finland. Lehtimäki Tilausajot is part of the traditional and wholly Finnish-owned Lehtimäki Group, a travel industry company group. The former website of Lehtimäki Tilausajot had not been updated for a while, and the company's digital presence did not communicate its commitment to quality and premium brand representation. Requests for quotations received through the website also went directly to the sales team's email, making quotation management and optimization difficult.
The collaboration with Norders began with the development of a sales and marketing plan, based on which the layout of the Lehtimäki Tilausajot website was redesigned and finally implemented on a flexible and reliable Wordpress platform. A light brand update was made to the new website, and a new brand video was filmed. The sales team adopted a customized Pipedrive CRM platform.
