Before Norders
BeMaPro offers expert services in construction management and preparation throughout Finland, boasting a strong and accomplished team with an impressive track record. BeMaPro had set high goals both domestically and internationally regarding new customer acquisition and recruitment. However, the company's visual identity, digital presence, and sales efforts were not aligned with these ambitious objectives. With the ambition to become the most sought-after expert and employer in the construction production phase, Norders was given the opportunity to take BeMaPro's sales and marketing to the next level.
The collaboration began with the implementation of BeMaPro's sales and marketing strategy, followed by updates to the visual identity and website. For future sales scaling projects, Pipedrive CRM was introduced for real-time development and monitoring of both Finnish and international sales. With the foundation in place, social media channels were activated, and automated new customer acquisition and content production were continued. The collaboration, along with Norders' dedicated team, has evolved to include NPS surveys and Google advertising.
What Norders did
Norders built BeMaPro's goals and the initial sales and marketing plan to align with a dedicated, collaborative team whose results have grown alongside the company.
